I understand that once a team registers and later withdraws, the entry fee is forfeited. I understand that if my team is not accepted the entry fee will be refunded. In the event of inclement weather including shortening the event, entry fees will not be refunded. I understand that Official Team Roster, Team Official Risk Mgt/Proof of Background check, passcards & notarized Medical Release Forms, & Concussion Documents are required at check-in. Guest Player Roster with passcards, Medical & Concussion Forms (up to 5 guest players) and/or Permission to Travel (out of state teams) may be required.
